Blind Spot is a card game designed to challenge what you think you know about your customers, team, stakeholders and market.
Reveal what you know as fact, where you’re making assumptions and where you’re guessing. It’s the perfect way to kick off your next leadership meeting, board meeting, offsite or strategy session.

How to Play
Set the stage Lay out the Guess, Gut Feel and Facts category cards. Place all question and Blind Spot cards face down in a pile.
Draw a question card Take turns flipping the top card from the pile. TIP: Short on time? Use half the cards!
Place it As a group, decide if the answer is a Guess, a Gut Feel, or a Fact.
Watch for Blind Spots If you pull a Blind Spot card, name one question you wish you knew the answer to. You’ve got 10 seconds max!
Debrief What landed in Guess and Gut Feel? What stands out and what would it take to turn them into Facts?
