Brand Monitor Offer – Terms & Conditions
Offer Overview
This promotional offer provides $500 off the standard annual Brand Monitor subscription price of $3,495 + GST (reduced price: $2,995 + GST).
Eligibility
- Available to eligible tourism and experience operators in New Zealand who sign up for the Brand Monitor programme by 30 November 2025.
- The subscription must commence on 1 January 2026.
- The offer is limited to the first five (5) confirmed operators per region in New Zealand. Confirmation is based on the date the signed agreement and initial invoice payment are received.
Exclusions & Limitations
- The offer applies to new Brand Monitor subscriptions only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer.
- The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Angus & Associates reserves the right to determine regional eligibility and to decline participation where regional capacity has already been reached.
Activation & Invoicing
- Participating operators will be invoiced in December 2025, with the subscription period beginning 1 January 2026 and running for 12 months.
- Standard terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions.
Changes & Cancellations
- Angus & Associates reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time prior to 30 November 2025 without prior notice.
- Once confirmed, participation is subject to the standard Brand Monitor agreement and cancellation terms.
